We accept orders for delivery to locations where our shipping services are available within Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on your address and courier coverage.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are received and any necessary order or payment verification has been completed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order details where necessary.

For bank-transfer orders, payment must be verified before the order is processed for dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, public holidays, and other operational circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery within Pakistan is free for children's stitched clothing and children’s unstitched fabric orders. Delivery costs are included in our product prices, so there is no separate delivery charge for your order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or through customer support is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if your order is delayed.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and delivery locations.

If you select COD, please ensure that your contact details and delivery address are correct and that the order amount is available when your parcel arrives.

6. Bank Transfer Orders

If you select bank transfer, please follow the payment instructions provided during or after checkout.

Your payment must be verified before your order proceeds to dispatch. To help us identify your payment, please provide your order number and payment confirmation when requested.

Do not send payment to any account other than the account details officially provided by Hashmaaz Garments.

7. Incorrect Address and Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number, and complete address.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or prevent successful delivery. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Additional shipping charges or other arrangements may apply if a parcel must be resent, subject to our applicable policies and the circumstances of the order.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If your order appears delayed, has not arrived within the communicated estimate, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the courier to investigate.

Please retain the packaging and relevant photographs if your parcel arrives damaged.

9. Order Cancellation and Returns

Requests to cancel an order, return a product, or exchange an item are handled according to our applicable order-cancellation and Shipping & Returns policies.

Please contact us promptly if you wish to request a change or cancellation. Requests made after dispatch may be subject to additional limitations.
