How do I choose the right size?

Please use our Size Guide before placing your order. All measurements are in inches and sizes range from 0 to 30. Due to manual stitching processes, please allow up to 0.5 inch tolerance. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. You can also contact us before ordering for guidance.

Are all designs and sizes available?

Availability depends on current stock for each design and size. Please check the individual product page for available sizes, or contact our team to confirm availability before ordering.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery is free on all orders. Karachi orders arrive in 1–3 days. Orders to other cities arrive in 3–7 days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, online payment, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. For bank transfer, we will send you the account details after your order is placed. Please visit our Payment Information page for full details.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes. We offer an exchange if the size does not fit, there is a stitching fault, or you receive a defective piece. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will exchange it.

Do you accept returns?

We offer exchanges for size issues, stitching faults and defective pieces. We do not accept general returns for change of mind or preference.
